Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on statements under a descriptor associated with Lighthouse Apex.

Security

We do not store full card details.

4. Refund Policy

  • Digital services are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Deposits secure scheduling and are non-refundable after project initiation.
  • Refunds may be considered only for billing errors or duplicate payments.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us:

  • We may suspend service access
  • Documentation may be submitted to Stripe
  • Clients remain responsible for valid charges

6. Scope of Work

  • Deliverables follow the agreed proposal.
  • Additional work beyond scope may incur fees.
  • Reasonable revision rounds are included; excessive revisions may be billed.

7. Timelines

Estimated timelines depend on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Content delivery
  • Third-party tools

Delays caused by the client may extend deadlines.

8. Ownership

  • Final paid deliverables belong to the client.
  • We retain rights to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-party tools and licenses remain governed by their providers.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials and approvals
  • Ensure provided content is lawful
  • Respond in a timely manner

10. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific:

  • Rankings
  • Traffic levels
  • Leads or revenue

Results depend on many external factors.

11. Third-Party Tools

Projects may rely on hosting, APIs, or platforms from third parties. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from these providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Lighthouse Apex is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Downtime from third-party services

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

  • Payments are overdue
  • Terms are violated
